IMPORTANT INFORMATION
DEPOSIT
A €100 deposit is required to secure your booking (NON-REFUNDABLE). The remaining amount is paid on the photo shoot day. In case of any unforeseen changes, kindly inform us at least one week prior to your session.
DATE & LOCATION
Our Cozy Christmas Photoshoot will be held on November 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th at Nostalgia Photo Studio, located in the heart of Dublin.
TURNAROUND TIME
All edited photos and albums will be delivered by December 15th, 2025. The process includes careful editing and crafting of your album to ensure the highest quality.

FAQ
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early at the studio. Time is short and delays may impact your session, as we want to ensure everyone has the full experience within their scheduled slot.
Is there a car park?
There’s plenty of street parking available close to the studio, especially along Adelaide Road and Fitzwilliam Place. Please note that parking is free on Sundays.
How long will the session last?
We offer 3 packages: the Mini packeage lasts 15 minutes, the Festive package lasts 30 minutes and the Magical package lasts 50 minutes.
How many people can join?
Groups of up to 6 people are welcome. For groups larger than that, an additional fee of €20 per person may apply.
Are pets allowed?
Absolutely! We love pets and would be happy to include them in your session. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare for their presence and give you some tips for a relaxed session.
How can I encourage my child to participate?
We’ll do our best to engage your child, but please note we can’t be responsible if they don’t cooperate during the short session. Our best advice is to approach it as a fun family activity rather than a formal photoshoot. Try not to force specific poses; instead, focus on connecting with your child, playing, and letting them enjoy the moment with you. I’m sure they will cherish this experience forever!
What can we do to ensure a smooth session?
Remember, this is a happy moment to be enjoyed, so feel free to relax, have fun, and let your smiles shine! I’ll be there to guide you through the poses, ensuring we capture your best angles and create beautiful Christmas memories together!
What should we wear?
You will receive a PDF guide with outfit suggestions, including styles and colors that complement our cozy setting. As the name suggests, we encourage neutral colours and comfortable clothing, but always keep your personal style in mind!
How does the gift exchange experience work?
This year, we’re introducing an exciting new option: the gift exchange experience. It’s completely optional! If you choose to bring a small gift or keepsake for the people joining you in the session, we’ll capture this heartfelt moment in a candid and warm way.
Can we pick the photos we love most?
Of course! You’ll get a private online gallery to choose your favorites, and if you fall in love with more, they’re €10 each.
What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Please notify us at least one week in advance. Keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable. In the case of emergencies, such as illness or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
